Common questions
Is there a free plan?
No. There's one plan and it's paid. Your first 14 days are free once Luna is live, so you can see her work with your real clients. After that it's £99 a month + VAT unless you cancel.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Setup is included. Sam sets Luna up with your services, prices, hours and tone, and you check how she sounds before she goes live.
Which diary does Luna book into?
Google Calendar. She books, moves and cancels appointments there, so you see them in the calendar you already use. If you use another booking system, book a call and Sam will tell you straight whether Luna is right for you.
Can I keep my own WhatsApp number?
Today Luna runs on a WhatsApp number we set up for your business. We help you put it on your website, Instagram and Google profile so your clients find it.
Is there a limit on messages?
No per-message fees, and we never switch Luna off or charge you more for a busy month. If your clients send her more than 1,000 messages a month two months running, we'll get in touch to talk it through.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. There's no contract and no notice period. Message us and Luna keeps running until the end of the month you've paid for.
Is VAT included?
No. £99 a month is the price before VAT. With VAT at 20%, it's £118.80 a month.
