I don't want a robot talking to my clients.
Fair enough — most owners feel the same. Luna's warm and plain-speaking, set to your tone, and she only handles the everyday stuff: bookings, prices, opening hours. Anything she's unsure of, she takes a message and hands it to you. She's there to catch what you'd otherwise miss, not to replace the personal bit.
Will a client ever get medical advice from her?
No, and this matters. Luna never gives clinical or health advice — nothing on symptoms, medication, diet or aftercare. If a client messages about a poorly pet, she says it needs the vet to look at it and either books them in or passes it straight to the practitioner. Health questions always go to a person, never to Luna.
Does it work with my booking system?
