She never does. Luna books appointments and answers the everyday questions — prices, what a treatment involves, where you are. Anything clinical, like whether a treatment is right for someone or a question about their skin or a reaction, she won't answer it. She says the practitioner will go through it at the consultation and passes it straight to you.
Does it work with my booking system?
Luna works from your diary the way you keep it — she doesn't need you to switch systems. In setup the team learns how you book consultations and treatments, then she works to that. If you'd rather she check with you before confirming certain things, she will.
What happens when she doesn't know something?
She doesn't guess. If a client asks something she's not sure of, she takes a message and tells them you'll come back to them — then flags it to you. You'd far rather that than a confident wrong answer about a treatment.
How long does it take to set up?
