A real call. Our founder rang the demo line from his phone and recorded it; Luna answered, corrected his day, and moved the booking. Sable Hair is a made-up salon we use for demos. We trimmed the silent lead-in, a few waiting pauses and one half-started sentence; every answer is as it happened.
