I don't want a robot talking to my clients.
Fair, most people don't. Luna's quiet, warm and writes in your tone, not a chirpy script. Most clients just think they're texting the spa. If anything's unusual or personal, she passes it to you rather than guessing.
Will she give massage or health advice?

Does she work with my booking system?
