I don't want a robot talking to my clients.
Fair — most people don't. Luna's quiet, warm and writes in your tone, not a chirpy script. Most clients just think they're texting the spa. If anything's unusual or personal, she passes it to you rather than guessing.
Will she give massage or health advice?
No — and that's deliberate. If a client mentions an injury, pregnancy, a medical condition or anything clinical, she never advises. She tells them your therapist will check it over and passes it straight to you. She books and answers the everyday questions; the body stays your expertise.
Does she work with my booking system?
She works on your WhatsApp from day one — taking bookings and answering messages. We set her up around how you run your diary now, so nothing changes on your side. Tell us your system when we set you up and we'll fit her in sensibly.
How long does it take to set up?
Usually a day or two. You tell us your treatments, prices and the way you talk to clients, we set Luna up and you check her over. Once you're happy, she's live on your number.
