I don't want a robot fobbing my patients off.
Fair. Luna's warm and she sticks to what you'd actually say, booking people in and answering the practical stuff. When she's not sure, she says so and takes a message for you. Anything tricky comes straight to you.
Will she give patients advice on their injury or pain?
No, and that's by design. Luna never gives clinical, medical or rehab advice, and never comments on symptoms, medication or aftercare. Anything like that she hands straight to you, the practitioner, or points them to their GP or 111. She only handles bookings and the practical questions.
Does she work with my booking system?
Luna keeps her own diary and can write into your Google Calendar. If you use another system, we will look at it together when you join.
